GPI designs and manufactures custom thin film deposition systems for rigid and flexible substrates specific to the customer's needs. Systems integrating GPI’s proprietary plasma technology and or standard sputtering, evaporation, and PECVD processes are available. All custom systems benefit from APT’s advanced controls expertise.
