General Plasma designs and manufactures custom thin film vacuum deposition systems for rigid and flexible substrates. Systems integrating General Plasma’s proprietary plasma technology and/or standard sputtering and PECVD processes are available. All custom systems benefit from General Plasma’s advanced controls expertise. Design, manufacture, and complete testing of the equipment is done in house.
